March—April Meetings & Deadlines

Here is a schedule of meetings and payment deadlines for the next several weeks. Mark your calendars! If you cannot make the meeting scheduled for your particular campus, please let your study abroad coordinator know. However, you MUST make the meeting in Milledgeville in April 9. This is really key. Start looking into arrangements to get there if you don't have your own transportation.

March 1 (Tuesday): First installment of the program fee ($2300) is due from participants in Session I.

March 2 (Wednesday): Meeting for all Kennesaw students in the Montepulciano program at 3:30 in the Social Sciences room 2038.

March 2 (Wednesday): Meeting for all Georgia Southern students in the Montepulciano program at 6:00 p.m. in room 1232 in the Forest Drive building.

March 15 (Tuesday): Second installment of the program fee ($2300) is due from participants in Session I.

April 1 (Friday): First installment of the program fee ($2300) is due from participants in Session II.

April 2 (Saturday): Meeting for all Georgia College and State University students in the Montepulciano program at 10:30 a.m. in the Arts & Sciences auditorium.

April 9 (Saturday): General Orientation for ALL students from ALL campuses for BOTH sessions at the campus of GCSU in Milledgeville in the Arts and Sciences auditorium beginning at 9:00 a.m.

April 15 (Friday): Second installment of the program fee ($2300) is due from participants in Session II.

April 20 (Wednesday): General meeting for all Georgia Southern study abroad students, including those in the Montepulciano, Italy program in the College of Education auditorium #1115 beginning at 5:30.

Being told that you must go to a meeting can sometimes seem like a drag, but trust me, these meetings are worth it! Sometimes they're even fun! You will find your excitement grow as you share your questions and experiences with fellow future Montepulciano lovers.
